I hold a PhD from Kyoto University and have spent over 20 years in Japan, gaining deep insight into Japanese research, manufacturing, and business culture. Since founding IJ-AAI Corporation in 2015, we have focused on supporting technology transfer, project acceleration, and market entry—particularly in Nd-Fe-B rare-earth permanent magnet manufacturing and other advanced engineering fields.
